2015-04-10 12.23.39 — I used a magnifying glass to find how to contact support. Then I rooted around until I found Technical Support FOR THE INSTALLATION, which is different from Technical Support. I explained that I could get the little thing to turn on, but….well, “The lights are on, but no one’s home.”

2015-04-10 12.50.10 — I went back to the Quick Set-up. Do you see any place it says “battery” on the diagram? That’s because it’s a factory-sealed battery!

So he’s sending me a box for a computer that I don’t intend to send to HP for repair. And I’m not supposed to send the battery. I called the store to tell them I’d be in either Sunday or Tuesday, don’t know which. They’re more than willing to replace, or refund. Now I’m thinking about setting up the new Dell desktop.
